That's what the forums are there for, asking your questions. There is no reason to personally contact the moderators of the forums unless they ask you to do so. Ask your questions in the forums and you will get an answer. If you have a question that effects the website and you feel it is a personal matter, please contact an administator.
Did you start by searching for your answer first? Did you clearly state your topic and question? Did you follow the rules of the forums? Did you wait long enough for some to respond (at least a few hours)? If you answered yes to ALL of these questions, then maybe you should check your post or 'bump' it. (bumping a post means to reply to your topic asking for assistance again)
