Noob Portaling QuestionCall of Duty 4 : CoD 4 Level Designoutdoor portaling is tricky. A couple things that might help is make the
portal walls that are under the terrain caulk by using two brushes. caulk
on bottom portal on top.
the other is to do like they did in Foy and run a structure brush from the

amount. Try to use as few as possible as each vertice has to be draw in
game therefore slowing the game down.
weld them together whenever possible.

think it is possible.
open the bsp with the hex editor (or notepad) and look for where the

detail brushes disappear. Look at your map and any brush that is not part

of your tool bar and find the E and the M and click on them.
