Spotlight follow a brush ?Valve's Source : HL2 Level Designdidnt work for me...
I try a low spotlight without the *glowing halo* with parent being the
train, and set the angles of the beam real large.... that could give the
illusion of the desired effect :D

like, a tower with a sticky static lamp, having a spotlight shooting beam
down on the yard. That's easy, but you know... move the end point around,
as if a guy is scouting/ scanning the area ?
