Merging brushes?Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Editing, Gaming, and DesignThe easiest wasy to think of the merge button, is to ask yourself.. can
these two brushes be replaced by once single brush, without having to clip
that one brush?

What do clip brushes do?Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Editing, Gaming, and Designclip brushes are invisible, but solid brushes that the player cannot see
but they will block him/her.
so if you have a dressor for ex, with handles that stick out 1 unit, when
the player walks by they will get stuck against it. You would then add clip

and it only cost 2 triangles to use! AS for the brick, I would say it
probably would be best to section the wall off in the same manner as you

tell you that to turn off/on lights to simply target them, although this
doesn't seem to work..

loop the sound however many times you want it to loop in your fav sound
editor.

I always have to encompass the entire map in a huge skybox to get it to
work.
Funny enough tho... I haven't had it ruin compile times or fps yet tho..

Detail brushes are always rendered and do not exhibit the same 'pop-up'
characteristics that the structural ones do. The reason for the pop-up
effect comes in the VIS part of the compile.

The detail brushes speed up compiling the same way the fast vis option
does..
The engine will 'ignore' the brushes meaning that it always draws them,
