It depends on what graphics software you use. I use Paint Shop Pro and it has help files explaining alphas channels. Gimp is also capable to write to an alpha channel. Of course there is also Photoshop. You're not going to get an alpha channel using MSPai... [more]

It could just be the way the image is supposed to look when you have specular maps enabled. Some image names are descriptive and hint that they are "wet" or something like that. I've made plenty of custom textures for cod and you really have to tweak the ... [more]
