I meant did you edit the .map in notepad or whatever, not in the editor.
If you did edit it by hand, do you remember where you edited it?
Did you do any texture replacements in the tools, recently?

You appear to be missing your zone file entries.
In your zone file, do you have the "material" entries?
Look in cod4/zone_source for a file called mp_planks_load.csv

He tried to replace a texture with the find/replace tool in the texture
menu of Radiant.
He put in the search texture, but not the replacement. So it replaced all
