matrial 'carcass26decal' is missing ?Call of Duty 4 : CoD 4 Level DesignOpen up the container prefabs that you have used and delete the decal brush
that has 'C26' on it and re-save.
Don't think those missing materials are the cause of your problem, but try

probes?
If so check the probes in the prefab and make sure it is not in contact
with anything there either.

they might be causing the tools to look for a material that doesn't exist.
Have you tried opening any other maps such as the stock maps? The problem

bomb points, so as to give the opposing team a chance to plant the bomb
without having to resort to spawn killing if the defenders are spawning on

can use.
I think there are FX for blowing paper and leaves in the CoD4/raw/fx/misc/
