Alright. I used to play call of duty all the time. Then i took a break for about half a year (maybe more). Now, i just recently started playing COD again, and now it says i'm banned from all punkbuster sites!! How can i be banned when i haven't been playing for almost a year???! It says this when i get in- game....

Has someone hacked my account or something? If so, is my IP address banned, or just my CD Key? This sucks

First try to update your punkbuster client.

PunkBuster is designed to auto-update itself during gameplay.
PBWEB is the easiest method of manually updating PunkBuster for most users (players and admins).

Keep this in mind that:

Players are hereby warned that any detected attempts to circumvent PB's new MD5Tool file checks will subject the Player's GUID/CDKey to permanent Global PB GUID Ban with no recourse.

Guid bans by Punkbuster are permanent and never lifted, they are normally caused by people trying to avoid Punkbuster system scans for hacks etc. The permanent ban comes into play because a player has broken the Punkbuster EULA (End-User Lisence Agreement) which you accept when you install the patch with Punkbuster.

Im afraid that only way ot get this lisfted if buy a new copy of the game and replace your system.

in shortcuts and in the console we are not becoming trouble's?

This is an area I am a little shady on. From what I understand, Punkbuster is there to proect onine communities from people set to ruin our game. You can get into trouble with PB for viiolating the EULA and directly hacking Punkbuster as a client on the server. I do know of a hack that stops PB from being able to take a screenshot of you, this is a direct hack to Punkbuster as it conflicts with Punkbuster trying to work and is considered a direct hack. This resulted in everyone using it to get a PB Global Ban.

If you are using sv_cheats in the shortcut, it has nothing to do with Punkbuster and is perfectly fine. It's only if Punkbuster detects you trying to directly hack the client is to where you start getting yourself into trouble.

I have bought me a second copy of CoD and CoD UO because
they where low priced now for only 15 €.
Because you never know if an disc becomes damaged
or other problems.
It is my favorite game and will be forever.

Yup, you can noclip and god mode yourself away and you will be fine.
