Hello all, I'm currently working on a multiplayer map for SoF 2 and it has some fire effects in it. I want to know if the use of effects will cause my game to lag during multiplayer. I have a rather fast connection myself and I don't experience any lag, but how does this effect other people? If effects always cause lag, is there a way to put the effects in without so much lag? Thank you in advance, Frank.

Effects can put a large strain on the server & other users connection. And it can also reduce framerate. So dont have to many effects in the players view.
