Alright. MODSonline now has an official ranked Battlefield 2142 server. Come and join the fragfest. You will definitely catch me in this server from time to time. I just can't get enough. It's currently setup for conquest. I can of course switch it over to titan. I like them both. On my own, I play conquest. When playing with others after work, I like titan. Last night I came across a punkbuster issue on the server that I am looking into today. You can join and play, but a constant warning keeps poppin up.

yoyoyo I saw you there for a little while. I'll be joining back into the server later today (4pm EST is my goal if I can be here). Anyone is welcome to join. You don't have to be a MODSonline member. PB issue resolved and maps reordered. 2 rounds per map.

The BF2142 community are complainers... I don't know how many times I hear it in a round "He rammed into me!" Geez, can't anyone just take it like a man. If it wasn't supposed to happen, the devs would have coded ramming out. PS. I don't ram a lot, just every now and then when my plane has like 15 HP and I'm going to die anyway. Might as well take someone down with me.

sorry foyleman, had to go to work :-P yeah the BF2142 community really are a bunch of complainers, the way i see it, whatever it takes to win (except cheating) then do it. if you gotta ram someone, do it. and i hate the rule no attacking uncaps. well you cant just wait for the enemy to come after you. you gotta kill them before they kill you. and also everytime there is an official release like a new game or a patch, over at the http://battlefield2.filefront.com/ webstite, everybody gives EA so much flak about it. ah theres just so many things wrong with many of the players actions (in my opinion) its just rediculous. i wish everyone could play games the way me and my clan do, just having fun! edited on Dec. 1, 2006 09:35 pm by yoyoyo

I love to get more players on the server. I sat around in there for a while figuring out the details of the map... alone. I changed the maps to Titan. I was hoping that might get the server more action. I am totally up for a scheduled meeting in the server for anyone that wants to play. Side note on the topic of official MODSonline servers: Our other servers should start getting managed. We have Quake 4, CoD, CoD2 and HL2. I haven't had time to manage them and now they will be... or so is the plan.
