Ok fragger, we uploaded the file to the server and it worked, but all the females are the same and they have no hair. i used the 3 female_civilians in skirts and the 2 female_civilian_pants. would i have to change group info for the female pants, like for the skeloton. for instance Skeleton "female_pants.skl" ParentTemplate "NPC_Base_Female" will i change the skeleton to female_pants and one to female_skirts

It seems to me that you just change the model name, but not the attributes.
For example, I added Deviant1 to the thug team (Chinese guys), replacing Nachrade, so I did this:

You need to cut and paste ALL the lines between "character template" and the closing brackets. Look:

Ok fragger did you get my email about my single one TvCDiva. i got her to work now, i added the whole female.npc to my file....lol...and i got my all female team in the team for team games. Now im working on how to get 3 males and 2 females or vice versa. and is there a full blownn tut for sofmodview. i get lost with that thing......lol
