i want the office map in a format to open and edit it in hammer so i can study...... possible ? how ?

try decompressing the contents of the bsp. Remember that the bsp in HL2 can contain all sorts of files and the map file might be in there (although I don't think it is). Otherwise you will have to look for a decompiler. This is a program that backwards engineers the bsp to map format. We don't support such programs on this site as they can be a means of stealing work. Sorry.
