Im trying to make an elevator that will alow players to stop it at a certain floor as im trying to make askyscaper map :D

How would i do this, if it is even possible [jumping]

If its not possible can a nyone suggest other ideas for an elevator tht goes to 7 or more floors??

There was someone who had an Elevator that you could shoot different buttons for the floor you wanted. I can't remember who it was though [confused]

ahhh ive had an easier idea!![jumping][jumping]

How would i make it so that the elavaotos are constantly moving?? fat enought th peple can still get on but so that it dosnet take for eva getting 2 the top??

you can make the elevator stop at the floors for the players to get on and then it would continue moving. scripting is the key

It’s for cod2 but you could modify the script. Its here

yer i new id have to script it, i was just wondering if someone could give me a basic script i could use for it and then edit it (well try to) for my map

Make your elevator and put an origin brush inside of it. With the elevator and origin brush selected, right click in the 2-d window and select script>brushmodel. Give it "targetname" "elevator". Here's the script for it (note: it's only for 4 floors so change it to your needs):

i have tried that but ive gone abit over the top on the number of floors and it would take me ages!

i have decided on an elavator that keeps going up and down by itself

would i just use the

move movez (136, 4, 0, 0);??

and is there away to make i slow down coming to a floor??? then spped up again
