I'm hoping someone here can help me with an issue I'm having with my map. SS here
This all started yesterday for no apparent reason. I don't know what I did to cause this to happen because I've never had this issue before and this map compiled fine. Now when I compile I get this error:

Now when I try to test my map I stay in spectator mode. I check the editor and all my spawns are there. I hope I can fix this.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Well that extract from the compile log isn't anything which should cause a problem. It's basically telling you that you have not made a grid for your map.

You should try renaming your map then compiling again.. Sometimes you can have a load of different files too do with the map and they all get jumbled up and things start to go wrong.

Thank you for he reply. I took your advise and renamed the map and recompiled but I had the same results when I compiled.

You have quoted a part of the compile log again which i can't see any errors with. The 'using static model origins only' part just means you don't have a grid or vclog, this is normal for this situation.

There may be another problem in your compile log. Post the WHOLE log then we can take a look.

The error is due to the fact that your light compile is not running correctly.
Post your whole compile log, the part you posted probably has nothing to do with it.

Most likely it's a leak in your skybox somewhere, which can cause all kind of strange error... like possibly your spawning problem.

The duplicate plane error bother me as well but it hasn't effected the map so I ignored it.

Not much in that compile log to be causing a problem. Your gonna have a few models you can walk through (unless you cliped them) but thats about it.

Duplicat plane is nothing too worry about, best to avoid but you can just leave them without any harm, the worst they will cause is the odd visual glitch
