Well, my axis dudes are talking very loud, when I want them to be quiet ... So my question is:
HOW TURN OFF BATTLE CHATTER ON THE SPECIFIC AI? Please, fill my example:

I want turn off battle chatter in only one class actors, not all axis. Why? I created my own actors class, and I want to clam up them.

Thanks anyway for any responses, that's really important to me ...

i don't know if this helps but you can try it;

pacify_ent()
{
ent = getaiarray("ent_name", "targetname");
ent.pacifist = true;
}

this should make them get busy again;


pacify_ent()
{

ent.pacifist = false;
}

Heh, thanks for ANY reply, but ... that's not it, sadly [sad]
I want them to attack me, only thing I want to, is turn off battle chatter ( i.e. DIE!, Watch out, enemy grenade, Men down etc. ). Anyway, I found it, in google, after HOURS ( I'm not joking ) of searching. OMG, It was too easy:

actor = getent( ... );
actor setBattleChatter(false);

I think everyone knew it of course =/ I think you too. Do you ?

Huh, again, that's not what I wanted. I want only ONE class to disable battle chatter. Whole team ( axis or allies, whatever ) include a lot of classes. Heh, so you didn't know =]

Ha, double post. Anyway, what do u mean by class? Do u mean axis or allies? Well, u can try,

battleChatterOff("allies");
battleChatterOn("axis");


or

battleChatterOff("axis");
battleChatterOn("allies");

Hope it helps.

U can also do it like any other things like the objective style. getent("..." , "targetname");

For example

battleChatterOff("whatever actor is", "classname");

try it.
