Hello All, This is my problem, we play at lunch at work with a total of 6 players & I setup a game & we play, no problems. Now I'm trying to setup with custom maps but having hella of time to make it work. I've tried it both ways without mod & with mod set. Is there an easier way of doing this or do I have work at more. Any help would be appreciated & if anybody else has done please let me know. Thanks Ace Out

I've seem to have it working with alot of trail & error. Basically you have to launch your (mod of choice) & then type in console your map. Just a note: certain maps work for certain mods. If any newbies like me having the same problem would be glad to help if I can. Ace Out

I was just hosting a LAN server on Hamachi for testing and loading the map via "map mp_mapname" (my own map mind, which i'd already set to the other testers) To be able to even host in the first place I downloaded a "fix" for LAN COD4 hosting. So that my IP etc would register properly. I have never used the "mod" method to load my custom map, and have never used Mods in general or have any instaleld when I test. Mods are the biggest thing to affect the running of custom maps.

Is it also for a client side server, since the computer I play on I also host on? If so please send me the link to "Fix". Thanks
