As you all may be aware, or have figured out, I have been named in a legal action because of comments that I have made, both verbally on Modsonair, and in writing at Modsonline.com.
At the advice of my legal counsel, I have not made public any specific details of this action, and I still cannot.

I originally thought that I could carry on with my commitments to Modsonair, Modsonline.com and the community surrounding us, however even the innocent comments that I made last week in Modsonair episode 119 have been misconstrued and have caused additional complications. In an effort to prevent further consequences against myself, and more importantly the community and Modsonair and Modsonline.com, I have been advised that it would be prudent for me to take certain actions.

Therefore, as of today I regretfully withdraw as a host of Modsonair, and step down as a contributing member of Modsonline.com and the community that we support and represent.

It has been an honor to have been a member of this community.
Once again, I am sorry that it came to this
