In compiler check ¨ enable developer¨

In game console type¨cg_thirdperson 1¨ (no cuotes) press tab, and finally press Enter.

i just tried it and its freaking awsome to bad i cant use that normally lol i think cod4 would be a bunch of fun with 3rd person (alot less accurate but more fun)

They turn it off without cheats because you could see around corners, people behind you. etc
