Is it possible to use decals(i mean like wallstain decals etc.) in CoD2 MP maps? I have tried several times, but they seeme to work only in SP.

They work in MP also. What happens when they don't work? Do they work in radiant but not in the map?

I have never heard of this error before.. Texture do not have sp or mp properties, or atleast not that i have ever heard of. You should be able to use any texture on any map.

I made prefab with wall stains. Then testing in MP, the walls were clean, but in SP testing i saw every stains(walls were dirty). It was same prefab.

I had the same problem that my decals didn't show. What I now do is use a No-Draw brush with on the side that needs to show the decal, just as with a regular chalk brush? You can place the no-draw brush partially inside the brush you want to have the decal on but having the decal side just a bit outside of the brush so that it shows.
