This is a tread for shanehayesr asking how to add sounds into a multiplayer map
You need to get some .wav sounds to add to the map. You need to open one of the pk3 files inside your cod main folder. You can do this by using pakscape; there is a tutorial on using it
here
Ok there is a very good tutorial on adding sounds into your map
here

Shane, there are tutorials to help you do that.
There is a basic .gsc file tutorial, a adding sound tutorial...
Read those tutorials.. it's all in there.
