I think i might know whats wrong...
make sure that the testure your using is not something like: (example)"mtl_caen_wall_ext_01_01_blend"
the blend makes the texture instead use somthing like:
(example)"mtl_caen_wall_ext_01_01"

I map for CoD, CoD UO, CoD2 and gonna start CoD4 some time, i realized blend is different in the ditor 3D view.

HOPE THIS HELPS, sry if not, i tried

Try this;

Hold down "shift" and hit "L" to get into "light mode".

Select your buggy texture and bring up the surface editor ( "s" ) and click "natural".
You should see the "grey squares"align themselves.

If you see any other squished or stetched grey squares on
other texture areas do the same to them.
This light grid misalingment happens with patches sometimes.

When finished close the surface editor and hold "shift" and hit "L" to get out of light mode.

You may simply have some brushes that overlapping themselves.

CAP your arch mesh texture.

Like Morphisnb said, use Shift+L to check your light grid for that lighting problem.

It didn't change anything, all still the same.
I got the grey squares and use "S" the textures inspector, but all squares was already aligned, but I did hit natural anyway but nothing happen. So, I compile the map again and run it, and still the same crap.!

Ok, It seems that the problem was overlapping brushes.
I went to the editor and check those brushes and fix the overlapping and now they show pretty good in the game.
Thanks alot guys.

Now theres some stuff more that I would like to do like to rise the snow a little bit more high, because I think thats the problem that its falling through the walls in some places, but I think I have to make a new post for that, also I would like to try by my self first before make a post.

Thanks again guys!!![rocking]
