I have set up a trigger and script orgin (folling the tutorial) but I get an error with the script. here is what I have...


mp_test.gsc in maps/mp

What is the error you're getting?

Also:

In your mp_test.gsc file this line

maps\mp\_alliestank();

should be

maps\mp\_alliestank::main();


and in your _alliestank.gsc file the first line should read main() instead of smain()

those errors are typos as it xferd it over sorry

The error points to an uninitialized variable 'player'. But since 'player' is not used in the scripts you posted, my guess is the error is somewhere else in your scripts.

Did you remove any custom .iwd's from your /main folder?

i also ran the map before I added these scripts, and the tank and it worked fine. I am recompilinging it now to see what happens (will take 30 min or so)

I recompiled it and it still gave the same error, then I removed the script and the trigger and target and recompiled and the map works again so obviously i did something wrong (does anyone have a .map and a .gsc that works that I can look at) I will credit for the help

ok now LAST PROBLEM ... IT WILL ONLY FIRE ONE TIME. what do i need to do to make it multiple shots every 10sec
