I have made my own custom textures, but when I run my own server you can see through them. I can see the texture but, you can see the water or other things behind it. here is my settings..

Change the "blendFunc" to Replace instead of Blend, and change the "polygonOffset" to None instead of Static Decal. The blendFunc determines how the pixels of this material interact with the pixels from another material that's directly underneath it. "Blend" will mix the top material with the bottom (like a pane of glass), whereas Replace will solidly replace the bottom material with the top one all the way through. A polygonOffset of static decal will cause the material to float on top rather than being at the same level. Hope this helps...
