Is there any way to make your own models for use in CoD 4 without spending 4 grand on Maya?

What i mean is... is there a program other than maya that you make make models for cod4 in, not prefabs. you can do a heck of a lot more complex stuff with models than you can with prefabs.

Yes you can, its only limited to grid size and imagination. Theres an Export to Maya funciton in radiant (never used it though so dont know if it works). So you can look into that. "selection: Maya Export"
