Remember September is a modification for Infinity Ward'sCall of Duty 2. Remember September is based on the battlefields during Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands and Belgium in September 1944. The operation was planned by the Allied forces to secure their way into Germany, to end the World War rapidly. But the operation didn't go as they had planned. The German resistance was underestimated and resulted in thousands of Allied wounded and deaths. Remember September symbolizes this battle, supported by indepth study of the environment, army compositions, traditions and historical facts.

Thats right you lone-gunners out there, you sultan's of slaughter, you one man armies, you unstoppable carnage inducing solo gunman. Your time has come.
You've all shown what you've got when it comes to a well oiled, tactical machine of a squad in some hardcore team competitions and tournaments.
Now its time to throw your communication and squad tactics out the window, because this one comes down to the man. Whose the quickest, whose the most accurate, and most important, whose single handedly brings the skills in an all out 1 v 1 when no one has your back.
For the few and the deadly willing to put it all on the line, and go behind the enemy lines, heres whats up for grabs:
Unbound Forces , a Call of Duty 2 modification, is looking for manpower. They want to finish up the mod and get it out to the community and need your help to do it.
However, we need more help. We just have too much we need to accomplish before we release this mod. We are not releasing "Unbound Forces v0.15a" - we are planning on releasing "Unbound Forces v1.0" - the full mod. No ALPHA, no BETA; just the full game in its entirety. Granted we'll provide bug fixes, content patches, etc. However, we want to release what we consider a full product.
They are looking for the following talents:
Mapper
Modeler
Skinner
Artist (2D)
Animator

The CoD2 mod team, Resistance from Within sent along some news and requests regarding their new mod:
I post today unexpectedly, instead of posting up all the media I want to share with you I've decided to push that off until the 1st July. As I feel its more important to expand the team up until then. So this is why im here, we already have an active & lively team but for the size of the mod we could use a few more members. I've posted a list below of what we would ideally like. Were aware we wont fill all these slots but the more we can the better.
If you are able to help & can fit any of the above (even if more than one) please contact me immediately via msn at joelcoldson@hotmail.com
Or those of you who arent able to fill these positions and feel maybe this mod is dying due to lack of members I wont to point out were fine, were just looking to expand the team so we can bring a release closer. Were making alot of progress on the mod but still feel it could be going quicker provided we had a bigger team (especially on the modelling side).
ope your all looking forward to some more media as it should be coming to you all on July 1st
Some new screenshots of the Unbound Forces Call of Duty 2 mod are in to show off the progress and potential of this new modification. The screenshots are beautiful and show great promise for what's to come.
Also, they are asking for help from anyone who wants to join the effort in making the mod come to light. They still need a number of mod members. Without help, this mod is going to take A LOT longer to build.
Check out their site and see what's going on with Unbound Forces .
This is the windows only version for now. No word on the Linux version or when it will be released.
