Exploring the dark, creepy facilities and going through the various levels can present a style of gameplay that some may find hard to see. That is where the strategic flashlight, only capable of being held on its own, shines the brightest (OK, no more puns). While it adds a very nice element to the gameplay, not all people can withstand the power of the shadows. That is where the Duct Tape mod comes in.
Developed by the UAC for this specific purpose, this will help please those with a need for the flashlight on their weapons. This mod is a subtle addition, adding a light to the assault machine gun and the shotgun. The light is much smaller, has no projection from the weapon itself, but gets the job done. This is a must-have for those who don't want to go over the top, but still want a light on their weapons.
If there is one thing that could be updated, it would have to be the fact there is no projection showing from the weapon models. This may not be entirely possible yet, since you may have to edit the models to get this done. But it sure would be pretty.
