save-as solution

If when you try to download the file and it opens instead of saving, you must right-click and save as the final download link presented in the pop-up window.

Left click the Downloads link above. On the next window, right-click and save as.

*update: don't right-click the download link above. Left click that link. Then a pop-up will direct you to download the file. Right click that link and save-as.

it wont d/l

I get the same thing when I click download.. when i do that opens in txt format.. need help here.. please thank you

it wont download

ya i clicked download then the download center pop-up poped-up and i clicked download and it just open and i cant scroll down or maximize it i need to know these setting because my map is all black!:(
