Additional Information: Transactions are performed through PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to subscribe. Payments are recurring and you will be charged each month or each year depending on your subscription selection. Services for cancelled subscriptions will be made inactive at time of cancellation. If payment for recurring billing is declined (due to insufficient funds for example), services will be made inactive. There are no additional fees.
Cancelled Accounts: Membership data is stored in a database for access by the website. Data associated with cancelled membership accounts is deleted upon cancellation and not retrievable. If you have files or information you wish to save, do so before cancellation of your account or it will be lost.
Billing: Charges occur on the first day of your subscription and recur every month/year after that. Cancellation of your membership stops future charges and does not refund you for the time left in your membership.
FTP Accounts: Please allow us 24 hours to setup your FTP account. FTP access must be setup manually by a site administrator. You will receive an email containing your access information as soon as it has been setup.
