I subscribed to a higher membership plan but there has been no change to my account.
Your new membership status will become active as soon as paypal tells our system that your payment has been made. Some paypal accounts do not immediately send verification that a payment has been completed.
If you believe there may be an error with paypal or our system, after checking your paypal account to be sure the payment has been made, let us know and we'll look into the situation. You can contact us through our contact form.
How do I subscribe to a better account with more features?
In order to subscribe as a Preferred or Preferred Plus member, you must first register for a General Membership account. Registration is free and account setup is quite fast.
Once you have become a General member and you have logged into the website, subscriptions are only a click away.
I just signed up for a Preferred PLUS membership. How do I access my FTP area?
FTP areas must be setup by and administrator and may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Once it has been setup, an email will be sent to you containing information on how to access your FTP area. You will receive the login information as well as information on how to access the area.
If you have any other questions regarding FTP space on our server, please contact an administrator.
If I upgrade, do I have to pay both subscription rates or just the one?
If you are already subscribing to the Preferred Membership plan and you want to upgrade to Preferred Plus Membership, you only have to pay the one subscription fee. Your monthly subscription fee will be changed. You will not have to pay both subscription fees.
