I was asked to create this prefab for a map that one of the members here at Modsonline was working on. The prefab is for CoD however it should work for UO as well.

This one caught my eye as I have actually been to the building and know a bit of the history on it. Anyway, enjoy the prefab. The zip contains both textured, caulked prefab and map files.
