| Before you begin, please refer to Tutorial - Making the .tweak File Modifiable, which teaches you how to make a .tweak file modifiable. You must be able to do this for all of my tutorials. Grenade Launcher Folder Locations First, we must locate the location of the Grenade Launcher folders. 1. Navigate to C:/BF2_Directory/mods/bf2/. 2. Open Objects_Server.zip. 3. Open Weapons/Handheld/ Grenade Launcher Names We must know the names of the Grenade Launchers before we begin modifying. The names of the Grenade Launchers are below: RURGL_GP25 RURGL_GP30 USRGL_M203 Explosion Damage First, we will modify the Explosion Damage of the Grenade Launcher. 1. Open the RURGL_GP25 folder. 2. Open RURGL_GP25.tweak. 3. CTRL + F and type "ObjectTemplate.detonation.explosionDamage". 4. Change the number (150) after explosionDamage to a number of your choice (do NOT exceed 3000). Explosion Radius Next, we will modify the Explosion Radius of the Grenade Launcher. 5. CTRL + F and type "ObjectTemplate.detonation.explosionRadius". 6. Change the number (5) after explosionRadius to a number of your choice. Explosion Force Next, we will modify the Explosion Force of the Grenade Launcher. This is what causes a player to fly up into the air slightly after being hit by a Grenade Launcher. 5. CTRL + F and type "ObjectTemplate.detonation.explosionForce". 6. Change the number (7) after explosionForce to a number of your choice. Damage Although we have already modified Explosion Damage of the Grenade Launcher, we still must modify the Damage. 7. CTRL + F and type " ObjectTemplate.damage". 8. Change the number (125) after damage to a number of your choice (do NOT exceed 3000). 9. CTRL + S or File>Save. 10. Close RURGL_GP25.tweak.
