Jeannot will show you how to make a simple ladder in Call of Duty 4.

In this tutorial i'll show you how to make a ladder.

Step 1: Create a ladder from brushes (it can also be a wall or some sort).

 

Step 2: Go to "Textures" --> "Usage" --> "Tools"

Step 3: Find the "Ladder" texture.

Step 4: Draw out a brush with this ladder texture like shown on this picture:
