Quick Layerstyle

Batistablr teaches us a quick-n-easy layer style for Adobe Photoshop. This should work in all version 7.0 and higher.

Step 1)

Go to layer > layer styles > drop shadow and apply the settings shown below.

Step 2)

Go to Outer Glow and apply the settings shown below.

Step 3)

Go to Inner Glow and apply the settings shown below.

Step 4)

Go to Gradient Overlay and apply the settings shown below.

Step 5)

After that is done, double click on the gradient bar and adjust the colors how mine are.

Step 6)

Go to Stroke and apply the settings shown below, then double click on the gradient bar and adjust the colors how mine are.

Click OK and you're done!

Below is one way I used the gradient to make my friend a logo.
