Is there a floating script that you can use for swimming? When they didn't release the SoF1 updated source code for instance a lot of mods broke, they never released the SDK tools, they ignored questions put towards them about these things... [more] |

hex edit a bsp Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Mapping You don't need to decompile the bsp to a map, you just have to send them through q3map2 with the -meta flag and -flat to get cel shaders working, that's what I have heard. I haven't tried it, but yep it will take a long time -- if you have a faster way go... [more] |

triggers with func_door Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Mapping The player isn't really using the door, they're using a trigger that activates the door. If the door is wait -1 then it still obeys the trigger, it just doesn't automatically close. If the trigger is a trigger_once then the door will stay open forever sin... [more] |

Glass texture Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Mapping Just play through the original SOF2 maps until you see one that you like then open the specific shader file to find it in there... If you open the *.shader files in base/shaders in notepad you can ctrl+F for "glass" -- that will let you find any alread... [more] |

You need to get the r_speeds down to a more reasonable level then that problem should go away. Depending on how you built this map... [more] |
