Hi!

Bad syntax has nothing to do with anything in your map, it is to do with one of your script files. All bad syntax means is something is either not spelt right or you have something missing, EG something like one of these could be missing

( ) : ; _

Or you could have a space where there shouldn't be one.

Thanks guys for them Tips I honestly don't know what to do :s I went over the files and could not find well everything looks like it should as far as I can see all the codes have closing simbols at the end of it :s

I have disabled waterfall for now till I finish my map and at the end I will play with it see if I can get it working :(

how about the compile error the red error messages I posted up to do with csv file ?

If your map is working when you take out the waterfall then the bad syntax is in that file, try changing your line

from this......

playLoopedFx(level._effect["waterfall"], 4, (-1016 3520 744), 0, anglestoforward ((0,90,0)), anglestoup((0,0,0)));

to this.......

playLoopedFx(level._effect["waterfall"], 4, (-1016 3520 744), 0, anglestoforward ((270,0,0)), anglestoup((270,0,0)));

looks like you messed around with the angles.

Or! you could just replace both lines with these.....

level._effect["mp_water_fall_sm"] = loadfx("maps/mp_maps/fx_mp_water_fall_sm");

playLoopedFx(level._effect["mp_water_fall_sm"], 4, (-1608, -592, 208), 0, anglestoforward ((0,0,0)), anglestoup((-270,0,0)));

Just replace the co-ords with yours

Thanks Ian tried your tip still no joy :( still bad sintext error when trying to run map from servrer
