now if I am not mistaken that is an error about the skybox correct?

if it was a skybox problem you would show a leak error.
All u need for a sky box is a caulk box covers your hole map and make it hollow.
Also you could have Compile Vis checked if so uncheck that this will also cuz errors for SP map u dont need Vis for sp maps.if you post more of what the complie say then just this short post i might or someone will be able to help more

well aparently it was a skybox error because i fixed it and didn't get that error again but now i have a slue of errors with something else :)
