so i made a video tutorial using camtasia 6. srry its the only software i have at the time to record my desktop. the video is 1.X gigs and it will play with divx player but will not play the video with others but audio is there. i try exporting it from premiere but the video twitches way too much. i then notice the video is at 15fps when it was recorded and the export video was done at 30 fps. is this why its twitching? how do i fix this.

What file format is camtasia saving the video file as?

sorry about this post but it seems after a few hours of trial and error i found another way to fix this problem. i am gonna soon post my tutorial. hopefully it will be helpful and the videos arent bad.
