I added trigger in and I put in the targetname along with flood_and_secure. I then connect the trigger and ai. Finally I check spawner and make the count to 10. For some reason it does not work. Please help me out as I'm new to cod 2 mapping.

Make sute the ai is behind a wall so the player doesn't see them. Thats why they dont spawn.

You will need a trigger_multiple for this. make sure that your targetname is only flood_and_secure and make sure you check trigger_spawn checkbox from trigger entity window and spawner checkbox from all linked to trigger ai entity window.

I hate those unexplained deadends. After 3,5 years of cod4 and cod2 mapping i get some of those too. Its so annoying how cod mod tools hold us back with these. Just keep searching for a solution, do everything about this from scratch if you have to, and you may solve it. Good luck.

I've been mapping only for a year now for CoD2 and 4 and some bugs within the source code just dont let you map normally like in some other engines(cryengine and unreal3 come to mind).

Why do you reinstall mod tools to fix a script error??? Just check all files related to the problematic map and see if theres something wrong.
