I've got a problem that i cant find a solution for. for some reason, at random intervals, my controls start to lag, as if my sp game is on a slow mp server. any suggestions? my rig: Intel Celeron 2.4GHz 512MB RAM ATi Raedeon 9200SE Running Windows XP Pro without SP 1 or 2 game running at 800x600x32

I've installed the game that came with my Audigy Platinum 2. I've updated it to 1.03. I've updated my Sound Card. Yet every time I select EAX in the sound options it goes straight to None and I have no sound. I've installed the OpenALInstaller as suggested somewhere else and still nothing. Can someone help me? DirectSound is nice and all but I'd rather have EAX since it came with the Sound Card.
