Hi all, I downloaded a graphical enhancement mod. It works an all but it's annoying having to go to the main menu, mods, load the mod, wait, and then load my game. I know there is a way to load a mod through the command line, I currently have it at "C:\Program Files\Doom 3\DOOM3.exe" +seta fs_game Doom III Enhanced Doom III Enhanced being the name of the mod and the folder name of that mod. Yet when I load it up it loads the default What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Instead of entering the name of the mod, enter the name of the folder that the mod is in.

It's the brilliant bloom mod but I renamed the folder name and description text file.... could this be the problem.. http://doom3.filefront.com/file/Brilliant_Bloom;57612 I thought editing the description file and folder is cool... in the mod list it appears as Doom III Enhanced and loads fine... just doesn't on startup edited on Apr. 10, 2007 03:34 pm by jackc1990

Your foldername has spaces in it which isn't cool for the game. Get rid of those spaces. Actually, I am surprised it works that way.

Cheers Foyle, I was just about to post that I had fixed it already. I noticed a trend in these mods that they had no spaces.... 1+1 and it clicked so I removed the spaces to doomenhanced and it worked. Also I copied from a mod made by JCDenton the command line as +set, not seta. Either way, I use +set and it works. Cheers for your patience and time in helping me solve this. Appreciated.
