If your getting a "full bright" level, it's probably failing the -light phase, there should be shadows somewhere if only the sky is producing light, as the "sun" is only in 1 spot, even if it was directly overhead, the farther away from center you get, th... [more]

WOW, 1 thing at a time... It's so much easier if you make seperate topics... 1-slab of steel is the shader hasn't made the "steel" looking texture translucent. -shader issue- 2-I assume it can be a func_group, aswell as a func_train. I'll get back ... [more]

It's been awhile, but if it's on your desktop doesn't it make the folder /doc*/user/desktop/maps instead of /maps in the PK3? This is my PK3 example Here... [more]

I used to help people decompile maps, and I then desided it was bad mojo... Now I just don't care... The super simple way to get both of those answers, and a boat load of prefabs, is to decompile the maps... Have FUN!!! The easiest way is with Q3map... [more]
