the person hosting has no issues the problem is with the client connecting

looks like hes carrying a pink bell that says own3d he shooting with his finger his hand looks like its been crushed by a car

missing the gun model and also says no ammo

The client is missing the weapon files in an IWD file. The pink bell is the default weapon model, intending to hint that the real weapon files are missing.

Make sure every player has the right files in the right places - not only fastfiles (.ff) but IWD files as well. And in the IWD files should be a folder named "weapons". In there should be the weapons files.
