Ok have seen servers with fast rank up , Im running a reg 1.3 codwaw server and would like to know who to make it fast ranking . Can any one help on this

I thought the fast ranking bug was fixed in 1.2

the most well known one was fixed, but there are plenty of others. i have found 4 others. but im not going to post them because people would use them....
