Shadows are looking very good, the world is amazing detailed, player's helicopter script is from CoD4 (_cobrapilot.gsc), they still have to do sounds and shock files, magnum animation is from MW2, AIs are now thinking more and again it will be game for xbox kids.

There you go again - jumping from "its similar" to "it must have come from":

similarity does NOT prove derivation.

You dont KNOW the script is from COD4 without seeing the code itself. You've gone on the fact that there is a player model in a moving helicopter and concluded "only Infinity Ward can code a player model in a moving helicopter so it must be from one of their games". Why cant a dev at Treyarch code a player model in a moving helicopter? Are they somehow not capable of coding a player in a moving helicopter?

Its an important issue as I see it because its tantermount to denying credit to the rightful dev who actually created the code. People wouldnt like it if others started doing it to their work, saying its someone elses work, and I dont see why that courtesy isnt extended to the people who make these games.

Mark Lamia has said that Treyarch did not get any builds of the MW2 engine to work with while making Black Ops. The Black Ops engine is the World at War engine with big improvements, so there are no MW2 animations in it. Lets extend the credit for Black Ops to the devs who did the actual work, instead of transferring it to people who didnt.

That was my suggestion, maybe it is, we will see after release.

New engine isn't needed to copy GSC and from this vid i also see MW2 Magnum animation, also there is no need to write new script for helicopter if one was in older build of game. You must be blind and stubborn like goat.

Can i just say that it's best if we stay on topic here. Demonseed feels very strongly about these topics as he as also expressed in other threads, but most times they end in a lock.

Although your free to express you opinions on everything, lets keep it too a thread specifically started for it instead of highjacking lolwot's thread please.
