Seems that they have been bought out by Titan gaming. They promise un-interrupted service much like before, but there whole site seems to focus around revenue by advertising for publishers. Which most likely means, more ads. SOURCE

I'm expecting some sort of steam setup, selling games etc.. Only thing is they are diving into a very big market with huge competition so it may mean they compete with steam which will result in better deals, so think on the positive side.
