The texturing looks like ass in some parts, like in the scene with the two guys in what seems to be the airport with MGs.

The Rio level looks like Quantum of Solace levels.

Have to agree with many comments i have seen.. so far nothing i have seen from this game gives me any hype about it, i'll always like the good'ol cod1 days, the time i put into that game was rediculous and UO.. ohh virtual heaven lol

Don't get me wrong, the release of this game will probably have me eating that last comment i made but untill then...

I agree with Rasta and almost everyone else. Right now I am not entirely impressed. I still think Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2 are the best of the all of the games, and they always will be! They only worry about the graphics and lose the true vision of the game! It can look good, but the gameplay better be good.!

The modern warfare doesn't work in the sense that they make everything up. IW seems to do better on reacting the past, doing things that have already happened. Call of Duty 4 was to un-realistic in my world.
nullFew tips for coding.
1. Keep the script as short as possible.
2. Don't comment every line. Only comment portions where they may be needed to point something out.
3. Don't over complicate the script, keep it organized and easy to read.

These help you find simple errors and makes it easy to make changes.

Sighhhhhh!!!!,,, I have watched the trailer,,, looks as good as any modern game should.

But !!!!!!!!!....................................

Evolution has taken its toll in my opinion, of course the game must evolve I suppose,,, and if we stop to think about it some more, just where can it go? the most logic way I suppose is forward, but just how far forward can it go before it becomes futuristic or "James Bondish tounge in cheek" burlesque or fantasy or even dare I say it "Unreal Tournament."

I still remember the day when my son (azz) and I tried out the first Call of Duty demo from a disk on the front of one of his comp mags.. We were hooked....a fantastic game with quite decent ai a game that would run on a steam driven comp, we couldnt wait to buy the full game. Azz made his first map at 12 yrs old (under age for the game I know) chill ,, I am a parent with common sense!!!!

I remember a conversation with said son a while ago about just where can Call of Duty go from MW,,,, My comment was "well they cant go much further forward so why not go way back to WW1 !!! eh????? There's some food for thought.

Whatever,,, I just hope it is easier to map and mod for.

greets to all

doa

Yep, all I see is a Hollywood-hype movie trailer.

The historical facts, events and places combined with the heat of battle game play are what drew me in to COD.

Now it's just SHOWTIME! [sad]
